Signed forms and supporting documents can be returned to Krewson Law, PLLC, by email, mail, or in person by appointment.  Please note, if you decide to email documents to Krewson Law, PLLC, the documents must be scanned and emailed.  Photographs of documents are not acceptable.

Filing receipts for petitions or applications filed with USCIS are generally received within 30-days of filing.

You may be eligible for your Driver’s License while your case is pending.  Please consult with the Attorney Krewson if you have any questions about eligibility. 

If you wish to travel abroad while your case is pending, please consult with Attorney Krewson prior to leaving the United States to confirm this will not negatively impact your case.

• If you have a case pending with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”) you can check the status by visiting USCIS’ website at egov.uscis.gov/casestatus and entering the receipt number found your filing receipt. 

You can check the current processing times with USCIS by visiting egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ and using the dropdown options to choose the specific pending form, category, and field office or service center. 

If you have a case pending with the Executive Office of Immigration Review (“EOIR”)— Immigration Court—you can check the status online by visiting acis.eoir.justice.gov/en/ and entering your A-Number.
